Creative Tree is stringent with the selection and quality of our instructors. Only experienced and qualified instructors who have completed Creative Tree Training Programme shall be endorsed to conduct our programmes. Our instructors are also required to attend regular upgrading courses provided by the National Arts Council and the Ministry of Education.
Creative Tree ensures all our instructors to possess the followings:
1. relevant qualification from arts and dance institutions (local or overseas institutions)
2. Exceptional cases where an individual may not possess an institutional certification, but has substantial years (2 years or more) of relevant experience in teaching
3. a good track record in both pedagogical experience and dependability/reliability
4. above the age of 21 (minimum) and possess legal rights to work in Singapore. i.e. Singapore citizens/ PR.
